Reading slashdot today, I discovered that apparently any rubik's cube can be solved in either 21, 22, or 23 steps. They're working on ways to pull that numbers down although rubik's cube geniuses have always said that the number is in the low 20's.

its to late to reply to this thread but as i joined recently....

I can solve it even without looking at it once one face is arranged.
