Kind of reminds me of Chip's Challenge, although a little different. Now that was a fun game.

Good to see a fellow shooter around here. 
I played and finished quake 1, 2, 3 and 4, Unreal Tournament 2003 and 2004, Doom (all of them), Painkiller, Medal of Honor (all the PC versions), Half Life (all episodes) and lots of others I can't remember right now. I played a little bit of Unreal Tournament online and cs 1.6 online on a regular basis, so if you are available, I'll take you up on that offer.
