They don't teach us English in school very well. We get 1 whole year of grammar and thats it. Most of the literature we read in high school is foreign. In my state they give us a writing test to test our abilities to write essays and at my school only 40% of the people taking the test passed. And have you ever listened to rap. I know. I'm disgusted at how some people speak. It's just poor in every meaning of the word. On one occasion I listened to a group of people, and counted how many times they used the word f**k. I found that they used the word 3-5 times every 5 minutes. (That's not even taking into consideration every other profanity they used.)
