You are 12? Cool !

I see you are "attacking me" with words; let's see! ;)

1.ARE YOU programming your OS? Does it really use up 20 GB on HD?
2.WHAT must I beat? I have done basic kernel with basic interrupt support. Plus, mem managment to use all computer memory (well, up to 4GB, thanks Alexei!), now I am working on CMOS data and FAT functions.

And you? Have you done at least some command line with some CPU detecting functions? ;)

Well I don't feel it's important what age I am. Beat that. ;)

Just poking fun. :) I really don't see what age has to do with anything. Different people will be introduced to things at different times, different people have different abilities (I have the ability to do prodigious things with numbers - but I can't play a note on any instrument, my drawing skills are poor, I can't organise anything outside my interests worth a dime, and while I'm quite capable of interacting well socially, I'd prefer not to), etc. Besides: an operating system is a huge undertaking, but it doesn't really become particularly complex until you're making certain design choices later. Really, you choose how hard things are. Oh, and the previous couple sentences are my opinion. You may disagree - you aren't going to change my mind so don't bother. :)

Also: everyone's OS devving for different reasons - but I'd suggest that if you're doing it to show off then you're probably barking up the wrong tree.

Why I would suppose to beat that? I agree with you, OS can develop anyone who understands some programming language and with some IQ.
Also, i am not showing off my work, I just posted that I am dev'ing my own OS.
Ben Clarke just wanted to see how I beat him, because that he is "programming" a "gaming OS" and he is 12 year old (I am a year older than him).
But Ben Clarke still doesn't realize, that he hasn't writed a single line of code, so with what I am supposed to beat him?... :D

NOTE: This text was been multiple times changed due to my lack of English language know-how :D

That honestly wasn't meant to be a personal attack. It certainly wasn't primarily directed at you. ;)

Anyway, back onto the topic: I haven't downloaded yet, but that looks like a reasonably interesting feature list. :)

And your English is considerably better than my Slovak (and indeed, probably my French :P), so I wouldn't worry about it. ;)
