Yea, something tells me there was a reason why it was disabled earlier...

There is a guard at each door, who knows what lies behind each door. One always tells the truth and one always lies but you don't know which is which. You have one question to one guard. What do you ask before going through a door?
I would ask something like: "would the other guard tell me that this door leads to heaven"
If the answer is yes and he tells the truth, then its not the door to heaven
If the answer is yes and he lies, then then it is not the door to heaven
If the answer is no and he tells the truth, then it is the door to heaven
If the answer is no and he lies, then it is the door to heaven
But then you wasted your question and you still don't know which door to take.

I figured the guard at the door to hell (or equivalent) would lie.. and yes I feel right into the trap of it never being specified what door which guard would be at.
If you would care to put up the correct explanation, then at least we know whether we have been guessing or that some mental offsprings were actually worth the time posting
