Your close buttons seem to be a tad off (unless you intended for it to be that way), but other than that, great job!

Qemu is inside the zip file.

Start qemu by executing Run.bat

One thing I've noticed is that the kernel seems to crash when run on a system with less than 18 MiB of memory. Maybe you could add some checks to handle this situstion more gracefully..

Other than that: Nice work !
should release unix version
Just install qemu and run it with the parameters specified in the .bat file ?

(qemu -m 32 -hda hd.img -boot c -localtime -soundhw sb16 -net nic)

I looked at your code..
aside from the non-english comments, I think your coding style is pretty good...though I haven't looked at it for too long..
