I just uploaded the new Mattise website to http://mattise.sourceforge.net. It's not going to be winning any design competitions, but it does its job. I recommend all programmers who will use my code read the site, specifically the 'Code Access' part.
Any tips for the design are welcome too.

The forum isn't quite finished yet, just to let you all know. I'm trying to find a free SMTP server that I can use to send the emails for me because at the moment no emails are sent.
I had about 30 minutes where I wanted to replace the 'Under construction' with something better. Turned into a couple of hours when I decided to have a phpbb2 forum as well

I can't imagine designing websites without PHP. It's why I run a web server. Just to test out PHP whenever I want... I also have a bunch of editors on my server so over the internet I can play with PHP and try cool things.
And so no one calls unlink() or delete() or whatever it requires SSL and a 32-character password...
