JouleOS RD'ed 0.0.4 alpha

Hello, I did have a post like 3 months ago but I really wanted new one so....
JouleOS will be a paging OS(not there yet)
JouleOS will use a custom filesystem and in kernel mode it has a flat address space.
It will use event driven apps

JouleOS is written in GCC and Nasm
