I found no word on site saying something about x86 or paging or segmentation or anything else about critical stuff design.

Don't be so hard for him. He just begin writing his own OS. I can assure you that he is just choosing what to do next . We will wait , we will see.
PS: Can you make some stand-alone version that don't need any grub? Because I for e.g. haven't got it (I also don't like it ) but I would like to run your OS.
