Is this trying to make me upset or mad? Cause this is just trolling and honestly it's not working lol #-o
Hi,
First, you are welcome to post updates of your project. It is, a lot of times, interesting to watch a project mature from a simple "Hello, World!"[1] boot loader to a more mature operating system. I have seen some go from a simple boot loader to a nice many-featured project.
However, the suggestion was, use the same thread for each update. In other words, don't create a new thread for each update. When your project has matured enough to warrant an update, find the last thread you created and post an update within that thread. Please don't create a new thread each time you have an update.
If you have a question and/or need help on a certain subject, it is then okay to create a new thread and post your question, while using an appropriate title for the new thread.
On a side note, since a few of you are new to this forum, please refrain from using foul language within you posts. Some words are offensive to others and bring no benefit to the post.
Please continue to work on your project and post updates as you wish, being sure to ask questions when they arise, but please keep announcement and updates within the same thread as to not flood the forum with unnecessary new threads.
Thank you
- Ben
[1] "Hello, World!", was given in the 1978 book "The C Programming Language" by K&R, Brian Kernighan and Dennis Ritchie,
