Does 8.3 name of limine configuration file able to load uefi boot?

Does 8.3 name of limine configuration file able to load uefi boot?

My FAT32 FS do not support long name. This documentation is saying config. file path /EFI/BOOT/limine.conf or /EFI/limine/limine.conf need to exist.
My question is if i place 8.3 filename path /EFI/BOOT/LIMINE.CON or /EFI/LIMINE/LIMINE.CON can instead of long filename path then it able to uefi boot the limine bootloader?

Limine does not work without long file names.
