Re:Windows XP
I didn't miss out on 2K, nor on ME. 2K's teh b4rf. Dad used to have it, but now has ME. Big improvement over it, but I still like me XP. As for Vista... If I'd want XP with styling I can't work with, I'll just re?nstall BlackBox.
Re:Windows XP
Ah, you mean the one that used to be called Blackcomb, the one after vista. They decided it needed a name that fit the vista theme (beginning with a V presumably being the theme, lol).
Re:Windows XP
huh? 2k is vastly better than Me, for starters it doen't crash as often (in my experience Me is less stable than 98SE).Kon-Tiki wrote: I didn't miss out on 2K, nor on ME. 2K's teh b4rf. Re:Windows XP
Yeah, 2k was based off the NT kernel, while ME was off of the 9x kernel, so 2k should crash less often in theory.
Re:Windows XP
Not at all, 2K was very stable for me (you're using just a later version of it). Me was next to useless.Kon-Tiki wrote: Might be mixing those two up ;D Anyways, still happy with the XP.
Re:Windows XP
Wow who seriously code names an OS before thier newest one is even released?
Re:Windows XP
A company who realises that the new OS will be out of date by the time it hits retail? Tis the way of the computing world.
