those are cool pictures. i really like the photographs of the mountains and stuff like that. that looks like a really cool trail.

Thats quite an interesting trip that you had df. The pictures are awesome. The Eastern U.S. is a beautiful place to be. How hard/painful was the overall trip? Did you have to do lots of conditioning and working out to be able to accoplish this feat?

Great job, I hope you enjoyed the United States.

It depends on what class of a mountain it is. I have hiked class 1, 2, and 3 mountains, 3 was pretty hard. It does help if you condition yourself as a full condition workout will help. You use two different types of muscles when climbing, certain muscles climbing up, and certain muscles walking down.
