PDOS/386 self-hosting

After decades of effort (on and off) by multiple people, PDOS/386:

has reached a new (in git still) milestone - it is self-hosting, ie you can use PDOS/386 to develop PDOS/386.

The project is all in C90 except for some necessary minimal assembler.

It is my intention to focus on running C90 programs as well as possible.
