Why and when would a kernel need own stack?

This question is really similar to my other question here: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=36778. You can see that I specifically ask: "Is the number of kernel threads equal to the number of kernel stacks that I have?"

P.S: The dead is awake now anyway. Might as well use it XD
