A small problem with YaBB SE .....

I have had this problem as well... the only real way around it is to download all the files to your hard drive, delete the files on the server, then upload the files from your hard drive.

The problem isn't YaBBSE related and cannot be fixed at YaBBSE's level.

get your site admin to re chown andor chgrp the files back to you..

or you can delete and reupload them (PITA)

Actually, I got a small YaBB SE problem too. I can't find mods for it. They're all for YaBB Gold. When I go to the YaBBpack center and select "Download new YabbPacks", it'll take me to a screen where it doesn't matter what I click, things'll load for ages and won't do anything anymore for five minutes or so.

YaBBPak doesn't work on all servers, especially free servers because hosts usually put PHP in safe mode, and disable alot of the features used by YaBBPak.
