Linus Sebastian seems to be obsessed with trying to prove that timesharing doesn't still suck. Spoiler: it still sucks.
OK, I get that it's more a matter of demonstrating how powerful modern systems have gotten. All of these "X users, one CPU" projects are basically stunts. And I'll admit that the videos are sort of fun.
I'm not sure if they are $100K worth of fun, however. But, hey, you do you, Linus.

IMO the first 2 were really fun because they were pushing the limits out of the hardware, but now it just seems like they are pushing the concept and whoring for numbers since they're making so many videos of this one thing. I liked the older style that they had better, produce a good video that might take a while and then do the uploads(if there even are more than 1) every saturday or something, not spread out over a year
