Has anybody made a OS based on the meaty skeleton example?

Has anybody made a OS based on the meaty skeleton example?

I don't know if this is theory, but it is not a practical question. Has anybody created a fully usable OS by basing on the Meaty skeleton/bare bones example that appears in the wiki? I'm really curious about this little question.
