Just judging from posts to date.

A complete aside but don't you love the trend for people with usernames that say, in effect, "I am a clever bastard" asking really simple questions.
Ouch. I deserved that, even if my point was a Socratic one (I was pretty sure what you meant, but I didn't know if the OP did.)

Lisp programmers tend to seem very odd to outsiders, just like anyone else who has had a religious experience they can't quite explain to others.

I apologize if my last remark appeared to be directed at you. It was referring to simple technical questions that could be answered by recourse to the manual or simple experimentation.

Why does someone choose the name "IKnowEverything", or the equivalent, and then ask "why aren't my interrupts working", or the equivalent. Either have a little humility or else live up to the username chosen.
