Happy Programmer's Day!

All off topic discussions go here. Everything from the funny thing your cat did to your favorite tv shows. Non-programming computer questions are ok too.

Happy Programmer's Day!

Post by Roman »

Wikipedia wrote:The Day of the Programmer is an international professional day recognized in many technology companies and programming firms, that is celebrated on the 256th (hexadecimal 100th, or the 28th) day of each year (September 13 during common years and on September 12 in leap years).
Wish you less bugs and more features (not bugs, that are said to be features)!

I've just worked around a bug right now. Bochs seems to delete pending interrupts when remapping the PIC, while real hardware and other emulators don't.

If today goes as yesterday, then I'll have patched more bugs 8)

Starting on ELF loader today, hope my IPC works...

So far at least one GIT update a day :D But I'm starting many hours later today - though still have 5-6 hours for working on it and studying things (though most of this I know already [it is my fifth kernel after all {first Exo}])...

It is such a nice day outside I haven't been able to stay inside long

And yes happy Programmer's Day!

It's 2^8, by the way, not "28th."

Guys, Programmer's Day is obviously on 25 Dec. or 31 Oct. Choose the one you like.
