HCOS - A learning OS

Post by DVicthor »

New plan: walking (16bit) before running (32bit) before super speeding (64bit) and before teleporting (128bit).
HCOS is a fork of MikeOS 4.4 that includes new features, games (mostly from MikeBasicApps, some may be developed by me), apps and utilities, a cooler (G)(T)UI (with in-built mouse support, but thats not until i find or code a driver that works on real hardware) and stuff. Not yet released but will be soon!
EDIT: The next 4 posts are now irrelevant, please ignore them.

Clicking "Documentation" opened a "popcash" advertising window. In the actual link it says "The requested URL /doc/ was not found on this server."

There are no downloads, or documentation. The links have spam popups, and the design is a clone of http://mikeos.berlios.de/handbook-user.html

This is not a way to get people interested in your project...

The ad windows and the spam popups is the fault of my web-host, not mine. I have no excuse for the cloning. Also, I can't document an unreleased, and still being developed OS. Sorry if this offends you.

Question :
If you didn't release it? Why are you posting it?
When you say, "I wrote a program that crashed Windows," people just stare at you blankly and say, "Hey, I got those with the system, for free." - Linus Torvalds

I have to release it before posting? I had no idea.
