New OS code named flow

I have decided to challenge myself in creating an OS from c++ and assembly. Flow is a hobby OS so I am not looking for any developers. It will be a micro kernel and will have a costum boot loader as well

It took me several seconds to decode this part. Did you mean `custom' ? Good luck, anyway.

oops, yea custom boot loader later in the project for now I might use GRUB temporarily

Ok I have a kernel up and running and as of now only 5 commands. The "cmg" command will probably be renamed in next version
