:D kernel example's ?

hello, just hunting around for some basic kernel examples. I know I have the Linux kernel, but It seems a bit mind blowing at first. Before getting stuck in I would love to see some basic kernels too compare too. Dunno if this has already been asked or not- did have a quick search though.

The Wiki, third link under the header "Resources", reads "Some small kernels with source", a category page that lists only Linux and OSKit, but links to Resources#Sample_Kernels.

You'll probably want to download the minix sources. They are very well commented.
