BEL4KA - is developed by open-source operating system based on the ideas implemented in the Be inc. BeOS. As a basis for constructing a system of distribution is taken HAIKU, but unlike him, is working on another nucleus called L4ka: Pistachio. The name is based from the "BE" (BeOS) + "L4" Personal site
