Nice! I've been looking at the source code and decided to make my own kernel. If you could take a look at it it's called xOS. I saw and really liked your alert function so I cloned it in my own code and added mouse suport :D

The original post is from 2007, it's not unlikely the OP has left the forums (either temporarily or permanently), just saying.
