2d/3d game programming Question

Does anyone know of any 2d game dev programs?
Also, how can i load a 3d model file like mdl md2 md3 or any other and show it to the screen?

Try GameMaker Only down to the program, is that no matter if your game uses black and white and basic animations or is as advanced as UT, your game'll be 1,4Mb big.

I HAVE the Ogre Engine, but it just wont compile! I tryed everything!
Some include files that came with the compiler (VCPP6) are damaged, at least he gives a lot of errors in IOS. >:(
