Lost 80 lbs (down to 225lbs now but I'm 6'7" so it's not that far from what I should be)
Spent a lot of time training to run my first half-marathon. I've been playing with running gadgets and such this year.
Got my first stress fracture in a foot two weeks ago.
Dropped out of my first half-marathon (see above) Technically the race is in Jan but my doctor told me it wasn't happening in Dec. I did run a 10k race at least.
Got two Westie puppies with my girlfriend.
Built my first Hackintosh machine. (Using a netbook for now but if I like it I'll probably buy a MacBook Pro in 2010)
Changed servers for OSDev.
Wrote a Java EE course for Sun (and helped on some of the upcoming certs)

- Improved the performance of the staging server from work by a factor 40 (Complete redesign)
- Managed to gain 15 Kg of weight

- Launch my COBOS website (self hosting on a HP thin client)
- Hope to get my BMI back to between 22.5 and 25
- Be more active again in OSdev.org
- Finish my extension to our house (almost done only the roof)
