I'm making an OS, but I don't know to play sounds in it. I heard something about AC97 driver, but I don't know what is it AC97, can someone give me link to some tutorial about it or explain where to start please?

The best thing to start with, is how to use google. Just type in AC97 and you'd get an idea what that is about.
Also, you make the classic beginner mistake by asking for a tutorial. OS/Driver development is very difficult, and you will need the skills to complete anything without a tutorial.
And for that reason, you won't find any.
