This my first os
ITS CALLED RCOS
I finish it in semptember 2007, when my age was 18.

You should consider making an operating system in another language, as English doesn't seem to be your greatest ability. Also, don't use all-uppercase words as that makes it seem as if you're screaming. I don't mean this as an insult, but more as an advice. If you want to develop your operating system in English, find someone that can correctly spell English and get him/her to help you with it, cause an OS (or any application IMHO) looks unprofessional if there are grammar mistakes.
