In "final design of GUI[sic]" - http://pantherlinux.webs.com/apps/photo ... D=23352158

Isn't that just a screenshot of Compiz on Gnome?

Looks good, but are you allowed to copy a commercial OS's design? I noticed it looks a lot like XP or Vista. Even the wallpaper is a Vista wallpaper, so I don't know if that is OK to do. It looks nice though.

I don't understand, after a closer look, your screen shots look like a screen shot of ubuntu with a hacked up theme. Is your software a theme or an OS? Is it like Windows Blinds, is it host dependent? I am confused.

I think he just has really bad English...it looks like he's (admittedly) releasing his own distro of Ubuntu themed to be more like Windows.

Also, wouldn't Apple have something to say about the name of the "OS?"

This just wreaks of licensing issues.

Why would you bring a dolled-up linux distro.. ehem, theme... to an OS developers forum?
Also, if you want to market a product, learn the language that you are writing your product descriptions in a little better. It would go a long way.

Bad English, and stuff leads me to conclude that you are just making a Linux distribution, style or something else that's not a OS. #-o
