On SF, I can make a VHOST.
What is that?
does that mean I can type in fritzos.com and whenever someone goes to FritzOS.com it'll bring me to fritzos.sourceforge.net?

Yes, but you will need to add the correct A record to the DNS for fritzos.com first. The documentation at Sourceforge should explain it.
