Hey Joey, I know this is a post a few months late, but... If you want to do a flight simulator, goto www.the-underdogs.org and find a kit called Flight Simulator Toolkit. It will give you different versions. Its really cool.
Then goto www.google.com and search for flight simulator toolkit addons and stuff. You will be able to make anything you want after that.

yah i did, but there is an error in the book and i cant get passed the 3rd chapter thanks to it. im waiting for tom to help me cause he has the book too.
