I need a mascot and an encrypted file type

To Everyone Who Reads This,

I need a Mascot for Phelansys OS. He/She should be a furry creature of some kind, and should be cuteish.

Also, i need a basic executble filetype that is completly unique. I would prefer if it was similar to the BASIC programming language, but encrypted so that people cannnot read the source of programs. I will tell you the basic syntax and commands if you are interested, and you can work on it from there. Only Me, you & The OS itself will know these encryption keys. Not even other staff will know even the tinest portion of it.

If you want to be payed, I will pay you an amount between $100AU (Around $70 US) and $400 AU (Around $350 US). I can pay in pretty much any method that you request, apart from cheque.
