We are finding some volunteers to write some articles about OS development, we will publish it in english and chinese too, we will handle the translation. The de facto language of OS development is english. If you translate a random article into chinese, what will they learn from it? they will get a superficial idea of what's been said but since they lack the basics, they can't do anything meaningful with it. They will still need to know everything else in order to do anything meaningful.

So unless you want advertisements, you better teach your folks english rather than some subject for which they don't have access to all the information available.
