QuartzOS 0.2.0

Post by Ross »

Hi,
this is my first post in this forum although I have been monitoring it for long time.
I want to present you my hobby operating system called QuartzOS version 0.2.0. This is unix-inspired system although the process and thread managment has been inspired by Windows NT. The system currently has:

ATA PIO driver with support for LBA28 and LBA48 HDDs up to 2TB
Read-only Ext2 driver
Ring 3 processes and threads
newlib and several other unix utilities

Vmware virtal machine (the virtual HDD can be run under Qemu 0.9.0) can be found at: http://ammc.data.bg/QuartzOS-0.2.0-bin-vmware.tar.gz
Kernel source code is here: http://ammc.data.bg/QuartzOS-0.2.0.tar.gz

sorry, must be that server issues again. I'm currently searching for better host, but for now:
* VMware machine: http://rapidshare.de/files/39174016/Qua ... ar.gz.html
* Kernel source: http://rapidshare.de/files/39174022/Qua ... ar.gz.html

P.S: Can anyone tell me a better place for hosting my project?
