Many countries do not write their dates as mm.dd, so "Pi day" is somewhat of a local phenomenon. ;-)
Every good solution is obvious once you've found it.

I disagree, a little at least as the mm.dd is understod and accepted widely. allso, as there is no 14th month there of course can't be two different pi days.

still, point taken. here in denmark fx. pi day would be 14/3 which doesn't make much sence.
