[MAGAZINE] attribution of roles.

HTML has deffinately been decided.

I'm at the moment, the only person working on the actual website.
help would be appreciated. Its being made in HTML & PHP with a MySQL database (not used yet).

An off topic word of advice: Something is only difficult if you say it is. If you say it's easy, then it is.

But it's easy! 'Getting' it is irrelevant!
