Microsoft's HD DVD!!!

All off topic discussions go here. Everything from the funny thing your cat did to your favorite tv shows. Non-programming computer questions are ok too.

Microsoft's HD DVD!!!

Post by piranha »

Microsoft's HD DVD! So YOU can learn how we made the movie WHILE YOU WATCH IT! Weather you want it or not, a little thing will pop up on the side, obscuring 1/2 of the movie, during the most exiting part, just to tell you about the type of camera we used to film it. In fact we will add a creepy voice over so that you can't EVEN HEAR THE MOVIE! In fact, you can see THREE PARTS OF THE MOVIE SIMULTANEOUSLY! THAT way, you can go out and buy MORE HD DVD's! And pretty soon, you can watch 3 different movies AT THE SAME TIME. THAT way, you can have NO LIFE WHATSOEVER! Also, you will have sound SO PERFECT THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN HEAR IT.

Note: Microsoft HD DVD is not responsible for the following symptoms that could occur: Loss of vision, Brain death, paralysis, self-lobotomation, or death.

 Well there is an baseless concept that anyone who makes fun of Microsoft is smarter ... 8) It doesnt do you any good ... Do you know that MS takes only people from the best colleages in the state/country (after their extensive round of interviews & tests) ??? How can you justify that they are fools .... Getting an admission in such institutions purely by merit is more difficult than getting into MS .... Please do reconsider before making fun of MS ... :x

MS has made a horrible OS. Windows, they should start over instead of continuing the bloated mess called windows.

Don't laugh at the truth, not matter how smart the people they higher now are, that doesn't help when they are continuing a crap product. They need to start over so the smart people can do there thing. :D

Please desist with the flamebaiting. Windows is an extremely good product. It has its flaws, and so does linux and all other competitors. Windows is made for one market - the 'average user', who hardly knows his arse from his elbow. Linux is made for the power user. MacOS is made for the arty user.

Each has advantages and disadvantages - it would be great if you could keep your personal preference if not silent then at least quiet, given the number of flames about this subject we've had recently.

Oh, I didn't say that it was horrible, but considering it's purpose it would be nice if it was a little less bugy, and really nice to have less viruses.

less buggy? MS comes out with patches CONSTANTLY, and is always on-top of its game when it comes to a possible issues with their OS.

They have some of the best and brightest working to make sure that the 'bugs' don't hang around long enough for the average user to get put off by it.

EDIT: lmao @ the post above this.

Please do reconsider before making fun of MS
Hell no. If I considered things before I did them, I'd be bored out of my mind.

Microsoft is there, so I'm gonna make fun of them. I've made fun of OSX and Linux too. I make fun of everything. In fact, I make fun of religion at a Catholic School, so you see how much I don't care about making fun of things.
