hi, i'm an italian boy,so i'm sorry if i don't speak englishvery well, answer me using an easy english otherwise i won't understand.
my dream is to work for the microsoft or other software house like apple.
my questions are: how money i earn each year(in us dollars) and what kind of skills i must have to work for this software house?

if you want to work for Microsoft visit their subsites, the Microsoft careers opportunity site
there are a lot of different type of jobs available, so the skills are different for different jobs (manager, developers, ...)

and if you want to work for them, you should not ask for money you should ask for work if you understand me
money is secondary, at least for me
"you develop to earn money" and not you earn money and develop beside :wink:
