TAJ Operating System

Post by viral »

Hello friends....

Nowadays I was working in TAJ mainly for shifting the development from Windows to Linux. I was using DJGPP during my early kernel development but now I have decided to use GCC.

Previously TAJ OS was booted with a custome made bootloader. Now it can be booted with GRUB too.

I have fixed the kernel output to Console 1 and Task Manager on Console 2. Task Manage shows all the necessary info about all processes...

Same thing with me.
Windows Vista rapes you, cuts you and pisses inside. Thought these are just nifty side-effects.

Needless to say, same happens here.

Advice from a fellow webmaster: Next time, dont rely on the correct address until a week after the DNS has updated
In the meantime, if you have an IP we might be able to work around our ISP's lazyness...

huh? I visited http://www.viralpatel.net yesterday and it was not a spam site. btw. I also changed the link on the osfaq. (You can do this yourself, you just have to subscribe to the wiki forum group).

edit: the link to your documentation (http://www.viralpatel.net/site/back/tajdoc.pdf) does not work.

Ya, It worked yesterday but now it's pointing to a spam site.

A DNS dig of ns1.225mb.com shows it is passing authoritative control over to ns1/ns2.fastpark.net so I think this guy needs to configure his domain properly.

Whois shows that ns1.255mb.com and ns2.255mb.com are authoritative but the DNS servers for 255mb.com have local NS records pointing to ns1.fastpark.net and ns2.fastpark.net.

http://whois.ws/whois-net/ip-address/viralpatel.net/

Once ns1/ns2.fastpark.net take control they point it to the IP of the spam site. (216.8.177.29).
http://www.analogx.com/cgi-bin/cgidig.e ... mit=Lookup
http://www.analogx.com/cgi-bin/cgidig.e ... mit=Lookup

It's clear that 255.mb's DNS have both NS records to the parking domain and A records for the proper IP's.

It's definitely the work of a novice user. (Or unsynchronized master/slave DNS servers)

I am still confused? Why this dns is not pointing to ns1[ns2].225mb.com? And I think the DNS has cached the entry http://www.viralpatel.net

Hope this settles down once the TTL field expires...
