7 hours is quite a rest. In fact, that's about all the sleep I generally get in a day. (12:30am - 6:30am.)

Well, right now I'm on winter break in Germany, so my sleep is:
12:30 to 10:00. Solid.

I'm a diagnosed insomniac, but, with medication: usually anywhere from 10pm-2am, for 7-8ish hours.

without medication: friday-sunday?ish (it varies...)

been being good and taking it lately, I like predictable sleep a lot.
