That happens quite often, sadly. I've seen it twice; I told chase but he didn't see it - and before I could make a screenie it was gone again. Second time I was more of - f*** it, bad bulletin board.

I think I see the problem here... You're running GNOME. GNOME has been known to do strange things to applications, and has a long criminal record. It is wanted for contempt of court in the UK and perjury in Cuba. If found, the FBI will incarcerate it in guantanamo.

Answer: Use KDE. It even has a halo around its head! Look! there it is! Angelic I tells ya! ;)

I've seen it twice before as well (I missed this one). Not that it is a big issue or something...
