It annoys me when a 16:9 image has been pre-formatted with the bars on top and bottom and then saved as a 4:3/5:4 image. Then when you actually play these on a 16:9 television you have black bars at the top, bottom and sides
Yeah, most people are pretty clueless regarding video formats, etc. I have been working in the TV industry for 5 years and still have to think about how it all works.
You work(ed) in the TV industry? At what company?

Nope, but that does sure sound like the project a colleque from me is/was working at. Dunno for sure if he still works there because i work at a flexible staffing(detachering in het engels?) company and haven't seen him for a while.

I can assume thats where you work(ed)? It remains funny to speak to a fellow dutchmen in english.

Why is it that whenever I see osdev64 or Candy's nickname now I fear an unfortunate smelting/schmelting accident?

(I'm sorry.. I just couldn't resist the urge to peel.. it's a keeper! 8) - I'm so mean!)

That's what I'm working on right now, until the end of next week that is. You wouldn't happen to work at CimSolutions or Topic would you?
