I would like to boot my OS also from a USB stick/flashdrive. But for this I need to know how to write sectors to a USB stick. Under linux I would use dd. But how can I make it under Windoze. I would also like to write a program, for Windoze, which writes some sectors to a specific position on the stick. Is here anyone how can help me or can give me link to info?! I searched with google, but I didn?t find info on how to write onto a stick physically!

As most usb sticks emulat hdd or floppy, you would write to them like a hdd or floppy just with the appropriate letter that windows assign them.
