i don't know where i found that,maybe in this forums ;D or by search but no matter it's just good for beginner to advance.

Hmmm. Didn't read it in its entirety, but I did note upon quick overview that it's rather dated, and I spotted numerous erroneous statements within it. Take it with a grain of salt. Or perhaps a pound of heavily iodized salt...
