Or just write them in this topic.

It could be great if all of us talking about technical ideas. New concept of GUI, new filesystem specs, etc. :D

may I remind you of the OS design thread that's sticky in this forum for the OS design ideas, plus the numerous (at least 6) threads mentioned in QuickLinks, about design of specific parts (I know for sure that filesystems and GUIs have been mentioned)?
