I have all 3 Intel Dev Manuals in pdf and can't find for the life of me if it contains the intel I/O Address Space Map. e.g. I'm guesing its standard that the 8254 is @ 0x40-0x43.

Is there a link on the web somewhere that contains all the devices in a x386 above CPU and there equilavent I/O address if relavant?

THanks

There will be nothing about the I/O map (nor the memory map) in Intel documentation because this is *not* an Intel standard. Intel CPUs could perfectly live in an environment where the keyboard is not controlled through 8042 or where that chip isn't wired to 0x6* ports.

RBIL probably has what you're looking for, as well as HelpPC will have...

You could of course go to the OS FAQ - the RBIL is linked more than once from there. ;-)
