how to get in to the devices like hd or floppy like /dev/hda, etc.... ?

fuzzy question and i have no fuzzy logic ... try to be more precise ...

does the "disk" section on OSRC (see .:QuickLinkz:.) helps ?

Write drivers for them. Have some File system register entries for them in some directory. .... and in the /dev access them. Do as Pype has told you. That's the best advice.
