I'm not Tim, but I guess you could check the "Book Recommandation" post on this forum (third line starting from the beginning).

There you will find all book references you need.

I am not Tim Robinson either, but you can check the QuickLinkz sticky thread for online resources if you are not able to get your hands on some books.
