bximage under Windows

Hello again..

i've created a hd-image using bximage... ok!
how (or with which tool) can i fill my os-data (boot-sector, kernel...) into this image??

under linux, you can mount the image as a loop device, and from them, run tools like 'mkfs.msdos', 'mkfs.reiserfs' or whatever ...

under windows, well ... i don't know (as usual :/ )
